Police, Adjective (2009) is a Romanian drama film showing on December 2009. “Police, Adjective” features Cristi, a policeman who refuses to arrest a young man who offers hashish to two of his school mates. “Offering” is punishable by law, but Cristi believes that the law will eventually change and does not want the life of a young man he considers merely irresponsible to be a burden on his conscience. For his superior, “conscience” has a totally different meaning.
